This is the second worst game I have seen for Intellivision.  The worst being Turbo also from Coleco.  The rumour is that Coleco deliberately made inferior games to promote Colecovision.  There are also only two levels on this version of Donkey Kong.

I don't know of any way to show that it was disc level other than maybe recording video for the entire game including hitting the disc at the beginning.
