Merry Christmas to you to Derek and everyone else too. Hopefully everyone had a great and safe holiday yesterday.
And Happy Thanksgiving to all those in the U.S. tomorrow.
Thank you. I appreciate the kind words from all.
I have the full video if required. The play provided here was the last 12 minutes of play. I put it to double time to bring it down to 6 minutes. The actual video is about two hours long, over an hour double time. The six minutes took me two hours to upload where I am to you tube. I can upload the reset if folks really want the entire video, it will just tie my machine up for about 20 hours or so. I figured this was sufficient evidence and did not figure someone would sit and watch the entire video. I tried faster, but then it gets to hard to follow.. Hope this is okay with all. Miine are the only videos you usually see on the submissions for this game,
On the video, I forgot to turn on the recorder until I was locked into the score. Captured the last few moves and final score tabulation.
I can post the full video if needed. I just picked up the last 3 minutes or so. That way voters didn't have to go through a 30 minute video.
Welcome Ay. A great score indeed. However, I have to respectfully disagree with the other comment. Merged has become a very popular game and with the high submission rates, most folks are requiring video for this particular game. I know I had to submit video to get consideration. At times the required photo with a tag might suffice, but I know merged submitters have been asked for video more often than not. Feel free to look at some of my submissions and the evidence I provided, that might help for future submissions. As for the evidence you provided, users would not be clear on who actually achieved the score on top of requiring additional evidence. At a minimum, I usually take a photo of my game/phone result with an image of myself and add my user name to the photo before submitting. But the evidence depends on the game which is why I include video for merged. I only start a camera running when I get within 200 points of my high score. The better the evidence, you will do well in the judging process my friend. Welcome again and I hope this friendly advice is helpful to you for future submissions If this one doesn't make it through the judging.
Hey cuz, told you the evidence requirements. This will never fly, doesn't even validate the board size or time limit you used. Use one of my submissions as an example. Video is always best, but I know that can be difficult. Look at the evidence requirements under "learn how it works". Sorry man, I know I just turned you into this site, but even I have to vote no on this one. Better luck on the next one.
Sorry, not sure why the second photo posted upside down. Was rightside up when I attached it. It was taken immediately after I achieved my personal best high score.
