Just curious, what type of joystick you using? I only ask because I have just downloaded this emulator and I can't seem to get my Atari joystick mapped

Go to Input > Input Mappings, and click on the very first controller style, and press edit. You can change the mapping by double-clicking on the target button. The mappings are automatically saved, I think. I'm using a 5200 controller.
