I think this is a screenshot of Pac-Man from the Homebrew game Pac-Man collection.

I think to avoid misunderstandings the game title should be completed, and another game Pac-Man Prototype should be added.

Definately from OpCode 2008 Pac-Man Collection homebrew game for ColecoVision and not from Atari 1983 Pac-Man Prototype game for ColecoVision.
