yeah... i think this is the game that was made by a Japanese company back in 1982 and they were sued because it was an obvious Pac Man rip off. And tbh, a pac man with feet is kinda ugly as hell.

Actually, Crazy Otto was designed by General Computer Corporation as their original version of a Pac-Man bootleg which eventually ended up evolving into Ms. Pac-Man.
