A fun game!  The Q*Bert speed and controls are perfect and smooth.

@DuggerVideoGames:

Congrats on breaking my record on this 7800 homebrew game, and paying a tribute to the programmer KEN SIDERS, who passed away in 2017.

@oyamafamily:

Thanks, Oyama!  Once I edged your score out, I took a pic and submitted this score; however, I solved a few more puzzles before deciding to kill off all of my remaining lives on purpose just to see if there is an initials screen.  Sure enough, there is!  I ended it with 1,042,645 pts.

I was unaware that Siders had passed away.  When I was done playing, I watched the credits and saw that it said he programmed this game in 2007.  He did a hell of a job with this game, as I think this and the Colecovision ports are the best versions of Q*Bert.

I just turned my 7800 off after getting 555,555 on the actual system but I had wondered if the score rolled ovber at 1 million but I see it does not. How long would it take to get 10 Million?

@iamthefallen1: 20 to 25 hours to score 10 million points on b*nQ. On arcade version the scoreboard on q*bert has 8 DIGITS!
