Gameplay footage is available on the Twitch video on the first comment & the console is shown on the youtube video. This no vote is completely bogus and therefore should be either excluded from the system or the user should be put into question by having an admin looking into their past and current votes.

as far as I know, all no-votes always count unless somebody got caught cheating.

(for example, using multiple accounts to abuse the voting system).

all issues of cheating in the games themselves, or faking videos or what-not, 

is left entirely up to the vote.
