Ms. Pac-Man (Arcade)

I forgot to bring my little name card, but this is a game I played a little while ago at my local nickel arcade. The machine was glitching like crazy. All the characters would just be big coloured squares, and the whole game freaked out and reset on me a few times. Eventually I got a reasonable score in and took the picture.
