@pathebert: Actually I discussed it with Kernzy beforehand, the guy I challenged. He says Pac-Man is 3 lives but Puckman is 5 lives.

I think that way there's at least one version where it's possible to get the perfect score 3,333,960.  You have to have 5 lives for that.  For the others, 3 lives is good.
