So, the time for the gameplay shown in the video is 28.01, but the screen reads 27.99 at the start of the recording. So I guess 27.99 was the time earned in the game before the one played in the video?

it looks like you got 27.99 but instead of making only a pic you recorded another run to show you can do it with video.

That is correct. I was warming up to do a video shoot, and got the 27.99. The actual video shoot I only got 28.01. My all time low is 27.96.... but I don't have proof.
