For this submission, I used the FIXED version of Demon Attack, i.e., the game continues after the completion of Wave 84. Video recorded in July, 2007, and divided in 8 parts due to 15-minute time limit per video. At the end of Part 8, when the score is very close to 400,000 points, this game returns to Wave 1 once Wave 256 is completed.

IIRC to remove the 15 minute time limit, you have to verify your YouTube account with a phone number.

The 15-minute time limit has been removed on my YouTube account at the end of July, 2013. Since this point, I can submit videos whose length is more than 15 minutes. Demon Attack Gameplay was the last video which I made and posted under the time limit mentioned above.
