Did you use 1-button Joystick to play Xevious on your hardware?

On the last Xevious thread at Atari Age 7800 HSC (Season 6), I used 1-BUTTON function (2 weapons shot at the same time).

yes, exactly!

I don't like the standard 2-button 7800 controller & avoid it at all costs.

hopefully, I'll get the NES-style 2-button Atari joypad.

I also used an one-button controller, mainly to avoid the hand-cramping that's inevitable with the 7800 controller.  I guess the joypad is an option, but I never could get used to the pad type controllers.
