Until Level 16, I hunted many chefs as possible, and ate the cone after the sound alert (video recorded with sound, the most important thing in Food Fight). On Level 17 and all the subsequents, I focused directly on ice-cream, trying to complete more quickly. It's important to watch this video entirely.

At the moment I lost my last life, I pressed Pause (Color / B&W TV Switch on EMU7800), then I pressed F12 to take a screenshot to post on 7800 HSC before the message GAME OVER PLAYER 1 appears, just to show the appropriate moment to take a screenshot.

This video ends with Easter Egg Screen (see this, please). After this gameplay, I selected Level 23 on the Level Select Screen, then I pressed and held Pause and I did the following sequence with the Left Controller: Up, Down, Right, Left, Up, Down, Right, Left. The hidden credit appears: KEITH SAWYER.
