Nice video Wilson. I've just begun to play this game myself. I'm curious which you think is the better strategy: try to maximize points acquisition on each level, or just try to maximize survival on the non-Brain levels (and try to get maximum points on waves 5, 10, 15, 20, etc)?

Try to maximize survival on the Non-Brain Waves and to get maximum points on waves 5, 10, 15, 20 etc. is, in my opinion, the best strategy to archive higher scores.
