It happens when they don’t select anything at all. There’s nothing wrong with your evidence at all,  two people who probably know each other are no voting every score. It’ll pass and your score should too. Don’t get discouraged by a couple of no votes

When excessive no votes start happening it encourages me to submit more scores, even low scores. It takes more work to no vote and to do it on every score means they have NO positive interest in the site all (and excess time) and will get sick of it and leave. Keep the scores coming :D
