Starting Round 1 (Block Town), Framerate Indicator enabled on Virtual NES and NO continues used. I remember the Twin Galaxies Special Rules for this title: you can select any available starting round - 1 (Block Town), 2 (Pac-Man's Park), or 4 - Sandbox Land.
