Huge improvement on my last score, but still a far way to go!

Impressive improvement.  On the level where you lost your last life, you cost yourself a 3,000-point bonus by waiting too long to hit Bluto with the Spinach.  The music wore off before he hit the water, so no bonus.

Since you lasted 8 levels in this video, I decided to compare how we fared on the first 8 levels.  Here are the results.

When observin the totals of the first 8 stages for the both of us, I noticed a pattern.  You're quite better than me on the first screen each time; the third screen (vulture screen) is my bread and butter.  Below is how many points we scored on those specific screens...

Er, it should have read 1-4-7 in my first screens, not 1-2-3; the points are correct, however.

@DuggerVideoGames: I suck on the 3rd screen! I can never catch Bluto w the spinach! Those comparisons are great. I love this game, i think it's a toss up for me between Popeye and Donkey Kong. But, I definitely prefer Popeye on the NES to Coleco!

Same here.  90% of the time, I prefer the Coleco port of a game (BurgerTime, Q*Bert, etc.), but NES gets my vote on Popeye.  I've always preferred Popeye and Donkey Kong Jr. over Donkey Kong.

@DuggerVideoGames: I prefer burgertime cv and qbert as well. I like the nes Donkey Kong over cv though.

No I'm sure its someone trolling.  All of my scores get 2 or 3 automatic no votes no matter if I include  video or not.  They always choose "other" as the reason.  That other reason is that they are trolling.  This is the emulation category and this score is not that good.

I've also got 3 no-votes on all my hardware scores and 4 no-votes on all my emulation scores.

@S.BAZ: It sucks, but i guess we just have to try passing with 80% until the trolls go wherever they go at night. :/

Keep on gaming, posting and voting "normal" and don`t give importance to the trolls no voters.

I think that`s the better thing to do if they can`t be eliminated from the site...
