Rainbow Islands (Sega Genesis / MegaDrive)

The sega Genesis/megadrive version is called the extra version and it has an option to switch between orignal mode and extra.

The only difference that I could notice after fiddling with it was the enemies were different (graphically, not any harder) and the music.
