hmm.  but you at least care in some respect about having your score on this website's scoreboard.  I guess as long they go through at 80% or better you're not concerned about legit rating.  fair enough.

what I wonder is how come we don't see the current legit rating on these score pages anymore.  does anyone know any reason why not to have it there?  now we have to click to the scoreboard for the game to see it.  small potatoes but I liked it & I'm curious.

I don't play video games exclusively to file scores on highscore.com, but of course I do care about highscore.com. In fact, I'm all for every system that tracks high scores, including others such as restartsyndrome.com.
I believe Serious has come up with something amazing here. It doesn't matter if certain people care more about initials and cardboard IDs in a picture than the game itself. It's kinda like spamming the system with really really reaaaaaally low scores, but that doesn't matter either...
and I agree, BAZ, having the rating in the score pages was nice. :)

The initials and IDs are for some kind of proof. Otherwise why not just post some BS score and get condisending if someone votes no? Or why bother with the voting at all and just have the score posted? I can't vote yes if its too much trouble to put forward at least some kind of effort to ID your own scores.

To the illuminated person who NOed and chose the option "I think a photo alone isn't sufficient evidence for this score. Video desired."
Do you know how hard it is to get footage from a real Master System? People have lives, you know? I just can't set wires and cables for every single system I own, so if you want a video of someone beating Thunder Blade just go to Youtube. And if you think the picture is fake then by all means prove it.
I will not record videos for every score I input, so my straight answer is "Common sense desired".
