I really wish I could play this game without using the touchscreen. My hand and arm get in the way of my ability to see the enemies at the bottom of the screen.

Get an iCade. This and other games from llamasoft fully support it and it plays great with it.

Thanks for the tip. I have am Atari Arcade Duo, but it doesn't work with anying but the Atari app. I will definitely have to get one.
