Unless its me who is bad at it, it seems its hard to get the ball up in speed. Think it must be hit perfectly with flipper to get up in speed. Bought this and a Pinball game for the PS1 in a retro store while on holiday. Sure thing about those games, they got a score, so useable on this site
Correct score is 32,053 right?
Screen shows I reached the Goal, and dug 500 metres.
Thats why you got such a high percentages. I should have builed in a completion bonus. I bet you didn’t find the way to the attic, where they probably had places the third part. The stairway to the attic is not that far from where you start, but you beed some keys to get there. Think my emulated score is a video of it completed. Try watch it
Nice score, well done
Yes, this is not as bad as I remembered it to be. Kind of simple and fun like their Fall Guy game
Screenshot tells this score was done on Skill Level 1.
A video to remind me of how to do the first part of this game. Second part seems harder
The Percentages is the number before the punctation mark. The number after the punctation mark is your score which doesn’t do much other than resetting itself to zero when reaching 10,000, but then add a little to the percentages when resetting.
Screenshot shows I won, and played on level 1.
Screenshot state that I won, and played on Level 0
What are you doing here then?
Should be 232,700
Should score not be fixed to 50,470?
That should have been
* Think this ends after 7-3
Reached 7-2, this it end after 7-3. so very close yet so far away, as 7-2 is tough
Taking advantage of all the extra lives the game gives you
That’s right In the US it was released under the name Timex.
Just requested some PS2 stuff, done within 24 hours Sadly it seems the names are to long to be able to upload picture, filename to long I think
I guess we could leave out the "Other Places To Visit" part. Will only mean that players who don't know the game that well, would have to do some searching to find "Rocky Mountain Trail".
Did the IMGUR thing, but will only make the one upload, as I'm not sure Serious would like tons of these links in comments uploads. We need this fixed. Wonder why we never had that problem before, as I'm sure there are entries out there with a just as long name.
Can't upload these pics, probably because filename is to long. We need that fixed. Here they are on IMGUR:
Same problem renaming them to 1 and 2. Think the name I've asked to be added is to long, but the system should be prepared for that. Will try IMGUR.
They are on my iPad, so don’t know what name they got. Might have to send them to my PC.
Something’s wrong at the moment
Pictures don’t show up for me. Can any of you guys see them? Anyway, not that hard to beat I would think
Or how many levels can be completed with 3 lives, might be better than score
Great to see you got it added so fast Voting yes of course
You could remove the score, and ask for Mode 2 to be added, and then re-submit it. That way people know that the first entry is for Mode 1, and the new requesr for Mode 2.
Barbarian: The Ultimate Warrior [Mode 2]
Thank you, and hello
Sadly, I don’t think so I’ve worked out a route, but need to find an AIR ticket somewhere to take to Denmark to be able to fly to Sweden. Not giving up though
Yes, very nice, but difficult and a little confusing at times
Can’t remember that arcade game, but it sounds like that this was an idea of Ultimate for a release in their early days.
It confuses me. On WOS Ultimate is credited for being behind the idea. Did they release this for another machine? This remake is done by a Dane, which I also didn’t know. Its not that the game is bad, but the controls are. Its hard to just run around as its pixel precise if you turn into another alley if you know what I mean?
This game is just annoying
Checked, you do have infinite lives as long as the timer runs down, after that you have two lives. Either you have less lives after counter reach zero on Expert, or it simply gets harder.
If I'm not totally wrong, and my brain play a trick on me, then the difference is that the timer that runs down from the start of the game is shorter on Expert, as aslong as the timer is running down you are immune to hits from the other cars
Beat the Ghost Rider on first level. Think this is only a few points away from my PB
Would recommend this one, which is the newer version of what I got with two joystick ports
Weird game, so nothing surprises me
Yes, enter 1 in minutes, and enter 53.42 in the seconds box.
Try and enter 00.95 in the last box, should work.
Watch start of video to see that Speed is set to Medium.
Love this type of game, but this one is to difficult. Can’t even finish the first screen
Played on Fast speed, which is to fast for me
Played with Speed setting on Slow.
Played on default setting which is Medium.
[Distance * 100]
117.80 * 100 = 11780
73.92 * 100 = 7392
[Height * 100]
5.04 * 100 = 504
2.45 * 100 = 245
28.19 * 100 = 2819
9.08 * 100 = 908
245.31 seconds is equal to 4:05.31.
If you enter it as 245.31 in the seconds box, it calculates the exact time in minutes for you
New personal best
I’ve already voted yes on your HERO score Love HERO myself, a good game on all systems
I agree, got hold of a C16 in superb condition, but the games quality is not good. Especially games that was also released for the C64 are shockingly bad. What made them think they could do those with less memory? I prefer the Vic 20 anyday
No have not heard that
New PB, as I’ve also always had problems with it.
Yes, not all infos on WOS is accurate
No, load inlay on WOS, and it states 1983. I deleted that Simon Software title again. Wonder who added it? Replaced it with a more proper title. Most people will not know how to load that other game anyway, as its part of a multitape
BTW, the best Frogger game for the Spectrum is Froggy from DJL Software
To its defence, it from 1983, and not 1984
Great game, completed it some years ago, but when I played it recently in a Facebook HS compo, I could not remember the last rounds
Score should be 6,064,190. Better remove and re-submit
Completed, which must be a great achievement as there isn’t any Walkthrough videos on You Tube
[Toad Points - Slime Points] + [Completion Bonus]
[2.764.700 - 145.400] + [1.000.000] = 3.619.300
Don’t use Joystick for these type of games. Keyboard gives much better results
Thank you, very appreciated
Yes, but still feel a bit away. Not an easy game, and great score by Kernzy
Remember that, been a while since that was uploaded, great score
Hey, what are you doing here?
Welcome on board, and yes of course
He was huge as comics in the UK as I understand it. Don't think he was even published over here in Denmark. I for one have never seen any over here.

Also, unless I’m totally wrong we are not allowed to use () in the formula, as it messes it up, but that might have been changed.
The idea is that the result would be 312, yes, but I fear its to late to change the formula, which I must admit is confusing, and wrong. The idea is that you always get 100 even if you don’t find any recipies, that’s why 1 is added.
No, not at all
I don’t have any Amiga scores to vote, so I must have voted for it already, and I’m sure it was a yes
Played on default settings. Really frustrating game
Yes, Solar Jetman never made it to the Spectrum though
Thank you, my only C64C, got two normal C64 machines aswell
Spectrum version of one of my favourite handhelds. Never knew about this until now
Completed and maxed out
Had I known it was that easy to complete, then I would have done it many moons ago
Yeah, never been my favourite of the old classic arcades either.
[Toad Points - Slime Points]
2,569,000 - 173,200 = 2,395,800
[[Recipies + 1 * 100] + Percentages]
[[2 + 1 * 100] + 12] = 312
The toughest Q-Bert game on the planet. So fast, its not enjoyable
This is played from an SD card, but I do have this as original. Got about 1500-1600 original Spectrum games, all on shelves
You just have to travel to the right, until you get to the end in each round. When your ship explodes, you need to guide your spaceman to a new spacecraft following the direction given by the arrows
Completed for the first time ever
Yeah, love that machine
Nothing like it. You will be disappointed if that what you think you’ll be playing
Final score written in blue after bonus has been added. Bottom right corner tells what level the score was made on.
It is. Great game, which I think was sold as a budget game back then
Its a really slow Pacman clone
Yes, not many play this system on this site, oh well
Noticed you gave up, which is understandable, as it seems there is a bug when playing this game on a 128K +2 machine. Once you have shoot all Fighters the level must end, and a new one must start. It doesn’t do so on the +2 machines. Seems this must be played on a normal 48K Spectrum, and maybe it works on the toastrack aswell
Most highscore tables back then on the Spectrum had some imagination when it came to entries
Looks like it, but not exactly the same game
Had to wait until now to get a good version of Rally X for the Spectrum. Released last year, but I was to slow to get one of the first batch. Really good version, thanks to Tom Dalby
Got the 9th Gem bonus worth 2,560,000 after scene 31. Takes a lot of luck getting 9 such bonusses in that "few" scenes. The skill factor is to not lose a life in those 31 scenes
Don’t think I’ve ever seen the German version of Wolfenstein.
Not really You fly your spaceship, and needs to pick up pods to get more time to find the next one on until you fonish the level.
Yeah, this is British, and was released in 1987. Even think there were a few games released with that symbol on the front of the inlay, one being Father of Darkness:
FRANKI instead of ZTT on highscore table, as game/computer did not accept the input of Z
HELP, I can’t find the exit, and get out of the castle
Never tried it
Everyone should owe an Amiga. Great computer, especially for games
I found out there is a version of this game for the Amiga aswell
Yes, firts you have to get some stuff to the other side that you need, a bit like Frogger, then it turns into a Burger Time game. The game is called Mr. Wimpy.
Its not a rip-off Released by Blaby who released some great games for the Spectrum in the early days. This one and Highrise Harry being the best They also released a great Burger Time game called Barmy Burgers. Love Blaby
[[Citizens + Dustbins] * [Score]]
2 Citizens + 2 Dustbins = 4
4 * 6600 = 26,400
The other names are from actors from the movie
Z key no responding, so I use initials XTT. Seems the game isn’t 100% compatible with the +2a
Yeah, either that, or I buy a cable to connect my disk drive, and then copy D64s over on real disk
Damn, does that mean I have to invest in that one, its so expensive
Yeah, sorry But wasn’t their extended 128k version of C64 games? My Batman is on 3 D64 disks, but my interface can’t swap disks, so I can only play first part. Can the 1541 Ultimate II swap disks, or is it a all in one for a 128k machine?
Top screen shot shows High Score
Charms * Percentages
14 * 66 = 924
Both great games. Think Bomb Jack is in my Top 5 Spectrum games, and Hyper Sports my sports game number one ahead of Daley Thompsons Decathlon. But I used to be better at that Long Horse discipline
But is it a 128K file, or can it swap disks? The 48K is on 3 disks.
Cool maybe, but not that good really There were tons of these games for the Spectrum. Only problem was most of them was keyboard only, as they couldn't program dig and fill on joysticks as they only had one fire button back then as you know Most of them thought it was easiest to program the keys D and F for Dig and Fill, but did not always set the direction keys to something that made sense when having to be used together with D & F
Or is it a 128k file?
What interface do you use that can load disk 2? Never figured out if its possible with my interface, as its a no-name, and I don’t have instructions for it I’m even considering buying a cable to connect both Interface and my Disk drive to try and copy this game down on real disks.
You play it from tape or a disc?
Screenshot states that this was a gamed played on Skill Level 3
It stated Skill Level 2 on screenshot as proof of this being played on Level 2
If its one pixel touch then death like original, its not going to help that it looks better. Fingers crossed
Look at screen shot for proof that this was played on Skill Level 1
Don’t really get the scoring system in this game. I’ve played better games than this with more tanks left, and still not beat this score, hmmm
Bummer Are you sure its the computer itself, or the PSU?
Is this version as impossible as all other versions? Always thought those Cybernoid games were impossible
Indeed, weird that titles can’t be changed once a score is voted valid
Yeah, but the person who added it back then should have checked it better and added it. Some admins are to careless for this job. With my luck its Serious who added it, and I’ll get a slap on the fingers
I agree on this, but why isn’t that added in the description?
You can see on screenshot it says Level 1, which proves this was played on Skill Level 1.
You can see on screenshot it says Level 2, which proves this was played on Skill Level 2.
You can see on screenshot it says Level 3, which proves this was played on Skill Level 3.
You can see on screenshot it says Level 4, which proves this was played on Skill Level 4.
You can see on screenshot it says Level 5, which proves this was played on Skill Level 5.
Are you sure the versions are identically?
Never been any good at it until I competed on it in a Facebook highscore challenge. Otherwise I would never had completed it
Completed - all 10 girls rescued
Rescued * 50000 + Score
10 * 50000 + 38445 = 538445
Right side seems more difficult
Just played it, indeed more horrible than I remember. Can we be sure that its not just all the cracks that are bad, and that the original doesn’t have these bugs? If not, how could they release it?
Yes, that is a 4
Yes, indeed Later it was re-released by Alternative, just named She Vampires, how boring
Yeah, great conversion. Had this on disc, but sold it together with all my other C64 stuff sometime in the 90s. Its the only item I regret selling back then, as it seems hard to find these days
I guess so, but I’m no expert. That stuff confuse me, as you need a step down or whatever its called. I guess you can play them on PAL aswell, but the speed would be off, either giving you an advantage or dis-advantage. But I’m as said no expert, maybe ask in the forum
When you get to the Heli, you must fly it back to the H in the enemies camp, and free the rest of the comrades, who are all captured in a big cage
It can be a really annoying game, that’s for sure
Must try that version
The response to joystick movement is very bad on this version, not really enjoyable
The problem is not to complete this game, but to complete it with a good score
IIRC, then is this version horrible
Of those I’ve only tried Pepsi
(29%-11) = 18
18 * 1+1 = 36
Weird one. You can flip both flippers left and right, but mostly when it comes in the left side you press left, even though the ball is on the right side of the left flipper, and you should have pressed right. Very confusing
4 Girls rescued
4 * 50000 + 5900 = 205900
Yeah, its a great machine, but some games are not compatible with this Black 128K. The Grey one is more compatible
Weird end to video. Could not input initials for highscore with Joystick, so while searching for the right keys, I must have pressed something the game wasn't to happy about me pressing
Ahh, now I see, that Serious. I thought you meant that I was becoming Serious of character, that will never happen
It says Damage is becomming serious, not me
Playing the Mastertronic re-release
I'll take a look
On second screenshot you can see I was back in the boat with 560 points playing on Skill 4, proved by the white 4 at SKILL
To prove that are two 8s in the score compare with 8 in 1985 in bottom left corner. No, this game is not from 1965, I’m not that old
I’m so bad at these games, maybe I should give this one a go
Shame Kernzy isn’t around anymore for a little Defender battle
Yes, €60 is very cheap. I got mine refurbished at £165, I think it was. Therefore I dare to use mine. Bought it in the Netherlands. I’m sure he can fix yours if it blows up, so take a chance and use it
Blue Belt - Dan 0
Got the 70,000 bonus points 3 times
50,000 Points Completion Bonus added to the final score of 30,518 = 80,518.
That’s pretty easy if you ask me. Think your problem is that you use a joystick. Games like this are the only games to be played with keyboard
This is a composite mod 48k machine, that unfortunately got some upper ram faults, so can only play 16k games on it. Got several working rubber 48k, but none of them are composite modded.
For the first time ever I brought back first prisoner to safety
To be honest I don’t know, but don’t think so. More info here:
Sorry, don’t know. Think this one was the cheapest around back then. Don’t know the other one, but I’m pleased with this one
Thanks, I love this kind of game
I kind of like it, but I must admit its not the best game. Seems there is only two attack modes, and then jump or duck to avoid arrows, that’s it really
High score in bottom right corner.
Sorry for swapping pictures around falsely. The bottom one with the score this time
Yeah, but you always fail at certain points, and refuse to let it go, really annoying these games
I find this game annoying, but once I get started playing I can’t stop again
We needed another entry that isn’t just pure score, as you can score more by dying at the end of first zone with all your lives, and replay that zone, than if you complete the game.
[Distance * 100 + Score]
594 * 100 + 6640 = 66040
Having problems with that Long Horse
I’ll take that improvement for now
[Percentages - Whole Minutes]
89-26 = 63
Same video as the one for Completion competition.
Not a good completion time, as I got a little confused at times, which I often do in this game
Thank you. Back in the day I was so annoyed that the copy I had was filled with high scores in the high score table, and I could never go on to it. Now, its still impossible to find one with a clean high score table, BUT I DID IT ANYWAY
My best game ever, and I need a break from it now
I’m not sure it works, just asking
Indeed a loading nightmare. Did you try with the TAP file on WOS?
Don’t know if I’ve ever told you lot how much I hate playing with keys instead of a joystick. Great that they back in the day made interfaces like the Comcon Programmable Joystick Interface
Initials only on two letters, so ZT, not ZTT
I found a coffin on Level 2 that I couldn’t open???
Mine is an old one that I don’t know who produced. The good thing about it, is that it works with C64, C16 and the Vic20 Don’t think it can handle multiload games on the C64 though
This one is cheaper, and sounds like a good one for the money if the other one is to expensive:
Oh, sorry, I got confused this one is for the Amiga. If you want one for the C64 you should go for this one. I don’t have it, but only heard good things about it
But its very expensive it seems
About $105: https://lotharek.pl/productdetail.php?id=28
Yes, its the European version of the Odyssey 2
My PB is 200k something, but ran into a level that I couldn’t remember how to get one of the gold bars
Thanks, never played Wizards Lair much, maybe I should try it out.
Yes, one of my favourite Spectrum games
Those special stuff while loading were rare, but once in a while they came up with something
Playing the rarer 128K version, which is the same as 48K, except it got music, and doesn’t have the annoying Padlock protection
One of those annoying “one more go” games
Yes, you can play Pacman while loading
Maybe they forgot to update the roms in that package, meaning you should get the newest rom, as I suppose its the newest version of MAME you got?
If you want further help, and where to get the right stuff you can email me. It might be better for you to start it in DOS.
My email is at webspeed.dk with frankiex in front
I think the Everdrive style of interface for the C64 is called Ultimate, but its very expensive, but I’m sure there are others out there which are cheaper
Why does these emulators not run? Sounds weird, how old is your PC?
Yes, only released for the Spectrum
Wanted to play either 1 1/2 hours, or until I passed 200k, whichever came first, just in time to get done before football on the telly Wasted last 4 lives. No point hoarding of course. For prove of that I can easily get that score without hoarding, take a look at my video under emulation, where I pass 1 million in a little over 7 hours of play
Took a lot of tries to take first. Why? Because I’ve always been very bad at Defender type of games
Just noticed, that I already got a video up for it under emulation
You'll see that you have to collect 6 non flashing crosses, before you find the seventh and last one, but I hope the video show that once you spot a cross, its not just that getting to it, you got to travel a long way, as I said complex maze
Yeah, some games you need to be creative to make a scoring that make sense. The score in this game don't mean anything really I'm about to make a recording of Go To Hell in a few minutes
Forgot to put up tag, but you can see its the same TV
85-21 = 64
Forgot to put up tag, but you can see its the same TV on both pictures
The door on the left, and the big key under Scroll proves it was completed
It was their only release. Didn't sell to well, so therefore not really that known. I'll make a video one of the next days, and upload
The removing of points when missing a post is really annoying, and the Frogger bit is more difficult than it looks
Found one cross. Very confusing maze complex
Not exactly, but if I remember correctly they got the mothership idea from Demon Attack
As I remember, the Arcade version is much harder, to hard for a non-shooter like me I’m sure this version would be like a walk in the park for you
My favourite shooter of all time. New PB, and I’m aure I’ll never beat that one, a once in a lifetime game for me, but so pleased
Love this game
VERY difficult game, due to the controls. Took me MANY tries to get this score, and when I did, I was surprise I got that high LOL
Played this a lot back then, as I had the original, but can’t seem to get anywhere in it these days
Just for you Mark
I’ll do that within a week, but I’m no good at it. If I forget remind me in a PM
Yeah, its all about building up a lot of Xyzons in the first rounds, to have some to waste if in trouble. Wonder why this wasn’t done for the Spectrum back then, think it would have sold well
Figured out I could use a Xyzon on blasting enemies if in trouble Makes it a little easier
Never heard of this game until GTible requested it, thanks, great game
Never heard of this before. Just gave it a go. That seems to be a very good score, well done
I think a video of whole gameplay would be best with such a score, screenshots not enough, especially under emulation
Wonder why HS table freaked out like this, maybe because game was loaded on 128k +2a machine, and not 48k machine
I also have a floppy drive for the C64
It seems I can’t beat 60:00, thats why I haven’t posted anything on those tracks
Played from the Softaid compilation
So happy I never threw anything away of my old stuff, but did sell my C64 with disk drive to invest in more Spectrum in the 90s. What I’m most annoyed about by doing that is that I also lost my Disk version of Rainbow Islands Not easy to find these days...
Are you going through mags, and play the games reviewed? Sounds like it Having a full set of Crash, Sinclair User, Your Spectrum and Your Sinclair I would not dare starting doing that
How many mags you got?
You played a whole game in one day? I call that stamina I normally do it in a lot of savings of a few hours of playing
No video as I was only doing some testing. I cleared one car park with success, and ran out of energy on the next. This proves that its the score written in green/blue that counts towards the HS table, and not the score you would have reached when failing a car park
Just tested, and there is a HS table. You probably skipped it to fast as it comes up while upstart to playing. The lowest position has a score of 10.000, so your 13k would have made it onto the HS table if it were legit
I think you should add it as 2190. Played it many years ago, seem to remember that getting the judges happy wasn’t that easy Probably just me being bad
Can’t check now, but would final score be 2190 instead of the 13140? Does the game have a HS table, where it accepts the 13k score?
Well, can't remember ever playing this on a harder setting, it hard enough on Easy Peasy
Never heard of this one until GTibel requested it, I like it
Great game, you should give it a go again
Races Completed * Money
7 * 100700 = 704900
First version of Hudson Softs Pang game
Yes, it gets insane. Love this game anyway
No video as I can't get XSplit to capture this version of MAME with which this recording was made. For more prove, you must find MAME 62b and download my INP from MARP, which is in third place.
Finished game, included picture of fight with final boss
Plays back like a dream
No video as I can't get XSplit to capture this version of MAME with which this recording was made. For more prove, you must find MAME 60b and download my INP from MARP, which is in second place.
No video as I can't get XSplit to capture this version of MAME with which this recording was made. For more prove, you must find WolfMame 106 and download my INP from MARP, which is in third place.
Thanks. It's a great game, spend a lot of time on it back then. Just wonder why XSplit wont work on some versions of MAME
No video as I can't get XSplit to capture this version of MAME with which this recording was made. For more prove, you must find MAME61b and download my INP from MARP, which is in second place. Plays back like a dream
Sorry about pics being lazy, and not standing up
Played it a lot back then, but did not know how to get good scores. Think I know now, which is why I’m addicted again Only ever played the Amiga version, and the newer PC version. Might have to check it out on the C64 one day
Yeah, or when they use the space for some messages of all kind
That first boss seems impossible for me
No, it was written for and first released for the Spectrum. I noticed that aswell, and found it a bit weird
It seems that the devil is the last boss, but he needs a lot of hits
Game created for and featured in interactive Netflix movie 'Black Mirror: Bandersnatch'
A movie featuring the ZX Spectrum, including Frankie, and so much 80's. What's not to like
I wonder if that little devil on stage 40 was the last boss?
Oh, well...Happy New Year everybody
The Amiga is a great machine, really a must have in my opinion
Yes, made it to top title of an English Duke, which gave a lot of acres
Yeah, and I prefer the original over the Gold release
Its a Gotek
Me neither, just checked what games had been added, that I didn’t add
Video is unavailable
True, forgot about that you can only remove before its voted legit. This site has so many flaws which should be fixed really
Hi mate, you need to move this score to “The Amazing Spider-Man”. This is a different game. Bufu told me, as I submitted here because I compared to your video, and thought the game was known inder two names
Re-submitted under right game name
Thanks, was confused myself, but looked at GTibel upload, which is for this game aswell, so thought it had two names. He should be told aswell ????
I can imagine, that its not the easiest game to get into
I got stuck
No, there are big differences. The Spectrum and the Amstrad versions are the best 8 bit versions.
So close to my PB
Hmmm, my MARP best is over 3 millions
Seriously out of practice
Thanks, could not beat my MARP score. I need a break
Sorry about the missing sound, but for everyones insanity, it might be a good thing
This game is SO frustrating
Not easy to see, you need to zoom in on score
Can’t remember ever playing a Centipede game as difficult as this one, really no joy at all
Much faster than the Spectrum version, and therefore not as enjoyable, oh well
I think you need to contact Serious, or make a post on the forum, as there seems to be a problem with your page. If I go there and click the ‘Vote for my Scores’ button it doesn’t come up with your scores, but other players scores. That might be something the system does if I’ve voted on all your scores, but I don’t know. Might be a bug on your page
Here we go again
Not a good version though, seems to slow on key response, oh well
No, that tapedeck is for my ZX Spectrum. I’m using an interface with SD card that is attached on the back
Think I’ve voted on all your scores. If I press your ‘Vote for my scores’ button, others users scores comes up???
As the clock in top right corner haven’t reached 0:00 proves that the game was completed, in this case with 18 seconds left
Track North completed
No, its not that exciting to be honest
ONe could think so, but its not a strip game, just free her over and over
Completion message can be seen shortly af about 12:48, and on picture aswell ofcourse
That’s because you used a smiley from the keyboard. You need to use the smilies in the bar over the text field
I love these bomb the city games. Always loved them, as I love snake games
Voted YES on all your scores. Can it be that there were only 3 scores to vote on?
Not really. I think they were on the Spectrum first unless I’m mistaken
There is also a version that could be played with different types of Lightguns
Must be. There was no Miner 2049 for the Spectrum, just this one.
Thanks, trying my best
Nice machine, a bit jealous
Also done, you little Pinball Wizard you
Don’t think the 10k includes any type-ins aswell. Never counted them, just a figure I’ve read before. However some of these type-ins was actually good games. One of my favourite 2 players games on the Spectrum called Dropout was a type-in, just a shame I don’t know anyone who wants to play it with me. Must wait for grandkids maybe. Need to influence them
Probably about 10k releases for the Spectrum
Yes, want to check what games are on Side2 interface to delete those not working, or being very bad
It says Mission 02 as I reached Mission 2 in previous game
7 Items, and a score of 14
7 + 14 = 21
Picture a little blurry, please zoom in
I really like this game, even though it can be a bit annoying at times
Yes, that was the US model
Great score. I get to confused when those attack waves comes
Yeah, released on a covertape with a mag. Maybe I should find out what I can win
Just enter 11.9 in seconds box
You need to remove this and re-enter it, and in the last box write 11.9
It will then write score as 0:02:11.9
No, but there are more than this one for the Spectrum. From top of my head, Pinball Wizard (my favourite), Time Scanner and also 3D Pinball
BLAM is a game of which I got one of just two known copies in the world. Its a 3 levels shooter (long levels), and is a good game with great sound and graphics. I just recently transfered it from tape to TZX/TAP to be used with an emulator. You can download those files on the WOS board, or leave me your Email address, and I’ll send it to you
Yes, that was a lot of fun :-)
Yes, from back then
Final score 543,220 adding the 100,000 Points Completion Bonus = 643,220
Someone just submitted a score, and reminded me of those 30 points
Level 5 on top of screen proves this was played on Level 5.
Level 4 on top of screen proves this was played on Level 4.
Level 3 on top of screen proves this was played on Level 3.
Level 2 on top of screen proves this was played on Level 2.
Level 1 on top of screen proves this was played on Level 1.
You can only see your final score in this game for a few seconds when you lose your last life, and there is no highscore score table, however, when you restart a game your score from previous game is on screen for a few seconds, this is where this picture is taken
Doubt it, but can’t be sure
The J in top right corner proves this is Time Attack J.
The I in top right corner, proves this is Time Attack I.
The H in top right corner proves this is Time Attack H.
Seems more like that Coco rocks the Dragon, but I’m trying
Look at HISCORE
Fast paced Pacman clone.
It says on top of screen that this score was done on level Honcho
Top of screen says Rookie, which proves this was played as Rookie
The G in the top right corner proves this is Time Attack G.
The E in top right corner proves this is Time Attack E.
The D in top right corner proves this is Time Attack D.
The C in the top right corner proves this is Time Attack C.
The B in top right corner proves this is Time Attack B
The A in top right corner proves this was played on level A
That was a tough score to beat
Paused seconds before I die. Hate when game don’t have a HS table, and only gives you a few seconds to note down your score
The 5 Pieces collected proves that I’ve completed the game, therefore adding the 10,000 bonus
1440 + 10000 = 11440
Thank you. Got a lot of systems yes
I can compete on 20 original hardware on this site
This game is harder as it seems
Don’t regret buying this
The J in top right corner proves this is Time Attack J
The I in top right corner proves this is Time Artack I
The H in top right corner proves this is Time Attack H
Thank you, can start walking about again, finally
A little improvement
The G in top right corner proves this is Time Attack G
The F in top rigth corner proves this is Time Attack F
The E in top right corner proves this is Time Attack E
Look in bottom right corner for prove this is Game B
This is the only one
Had a lot bitd but gave them away. Just really want to get Octopussy again, that was my favourite
Game A in bottom left corner
The D is top right corner probes this is Time Attack D
The C in top right corner proves this is Time Attack C
The A in top right corner proves this was played on Time Attack A
Game B proves this was played on Hard.
That was fast, well done
Don’t think you’ll have any problems taking it back
Game A proves this was played on Easy.
I’m thinking about requesting them, but thought you might know why they haven’t. Maybe the admin ran out of energy
Thanks Bought it boxed together with other GBA games in a Danish retro shop to keep me entertained as I have to stay in bed for about 2 weeks after a knee surgery. Just need something to play
Do you know why all the other variations hasn’t been added?
I buy these devices for all systems were available Think I got about 8 games for it, but they are to expensive getting hold of
The character in top left corner proves this is Easy.
Thanks, not even that expensive. Future investment
Is that some kind of SD device to load games from?
Thank you, hoped you missed it
By 2 points, phew
Game B in bottom right corner proves this was played on hard.
Yeah, had a lot of small ones besides those two big ones and Octopus, but can’t remember them all. Sometimes gets it mixed up with what my mates had back then
That sounds like the perfect game Unfortunately I only got a Gameboy Advance, but plan to get hold of a normal Gameboy. Only got 3 handhelds, the two others are bigger ones, Minchman and Galaxy Invader 1000. Two machines I had as a kid, and gave away, but have bought within the last years
Thanks, yes its a great game. My favourite is Octopus, but gave that away many years ago
Prove of this being Game B in bottom right corner
Prove of this was played on Game A can be seen in bottom left corner
You are right, I remember now. Got an adapter following when I bought mine.
Nice trick loading that way. I got an interface that can be used on all three machines I got, C64, C16 and my Vic20.
What do you mean by middleware, and how is it possible you ain’t got a joystick?
Not enough to take first
Believe me or not, but I really enjoy this game
Default settings. Trackball probably needed to get good score on this one
Default settings. Score in top left corner in first picture.
Default settings. Position 7 on HS table.
Thank, four out of many
Played on default.
Played on default; Easy, 3 lives and Bonus after 10,000 points.
Played with 3 lives.
Yeah, but it gets tough fast I think
Choose Easy under Game Options, then choose Normal in the game itself. This should have been split into more categories
To difficult on Hard
Yes, nice game indeed
To tough for me to get onto the build-in top 5 highscore chart
I’m surprised I managed to get such a “good” score
I surrender for now
Thank you, the PS1 is mu newest addition, though it sits nicely on top of the PS2
This is indeed a good score
No, its game number 15 of the official Videopac G7000 releases.
Never played it in the arcade. Didn’t even know it was an arcade conversion, when I fell in love with the Spectrum version back then
Far from it. Master is to much
44 - 19 = 25
Yeah, you can’t run away from there “bullets”, and you can run towards them to shoot them without loosing a lot of energy. You need to be lucky finding a lot of food for a decent game. Good idea, but badly done
Think its supposed to be
Don’t know the Arcade version that well. Think this conversion is allright, I’ve seen worse on the Spectrum
No Hi-Score table, look at Hi-Score at top of screen.
Position 4. Even knowing what to do, I think this is a weird game
I don’t like this game at all, its so frustrating
Annoying game, STAY CLEAR
I want that compilation for my new PS1 now
Hardcore Pacman players can trash this game
Nice strategic game. This appeared as a type-in game in a Sinclair Special issue of the German computer mag Happy Computer back in 1984
Top of screen states that I got to Level 4.
Sadly, the only one being slapped in this game is Benny
My announched highscore was after I completed round one. In second round the ranger keept carching me, and I did not get to many apples into my basket, and lost all my points.
Level 3 on top line proves this score was made on Level 3.
Sorry about blurry picture, but it leaves the game very fast after ending
Level 2 in top line proves this score was made on Level 2.
As it says Level 1 in top line, it proves this score was scored on Level 1.
Space Harrier rip-off that was released on Sinclair User covertape.
Just tested if I could load it, and had a game. Could not remember what to do besides collecting spindles. But yes, weird and not to easy game
The text “You’ve been bovvered” proves this was played in Big Bear Mode.
Got to screen 9.
Level 3 in bottom left corner proves this was played on Hard.
No, haven’t seen it, name?
This is such a great game. Shame they never made a Spectrum version. Would have loved that back then
Level 2 in the bottom left corner of picture proves this was played on Fair.
Level 1 in bottom left corner of picture proves this was played on Easy, or watch video for proof
As it says Level 3 on top picture, it proves this was played on Hard.
As it states Level 2 on top picture, it proves this was played on Fair.
Great game, bit slightly to Easy. Now on to harder levels, can’t remember how much harder it gets
That’s the only way forward to fill up on energy bars, otherwise you lose lifes to fast especially later on. The Temple is really hard.
A bit rusty as its been some time since I've played it.
But got places in The Temple where I hadn't been yet, but it still confuses the hell out of me
One problem I see is on the top of your screenshot. Take a look at my submitted pictures
Yes it is, also important for gaining extra lives
The Arkanoid master strikes again
Just a joke, not to copy what I do, if I ever get to make a recording By the time I get it done you guys will have completed the whole thing anyway
Remember copyright LOL
When I find the time I’ll try making a recording, but everything is copyright, so will not help you guys. But you don’t need to complete the map to survive, but it would be an advantage
Highscore top right corner
Considering the limitations, this is a great version.
Are you supposed to shoot or land on the Dollar building? I’ve shoot it, but it just lets me restart Dollar building screen???
A truly “Amazing” game
I raise you 1 point Weird game.
Maze layout proves this was scored on variation 1. Requested 2,3 and 4
Yes, and I did not fancy a new go
Only that one version on my cart, so I’m stuck with one life only
t=5, type mistake
Start Power t, and won with 3 robots left
Watch my or BAZ’ video. Its a fast action game at times
The Arcade version?
Lets see if you beat me, if yes, then the game is entered falsely, as lowest score should be on top. Nothing surprises me at this site anymore, so I would not be surprised if it was entered badly
Mine is also from a multicart. Think there is a second version, need to see if that gives me more cars
Number of cars left? On my version, you have one car, no wonder I can’t get over 5000
What does that 1 in the bottom right corner mean? There is no number there on the version I’m playing
No, don’t think we had any exotic games like this. Mostly played Rally X, Lady Bug and Fantasy, then I got my beloved Spectrum, and rarely went to the arcades.
Used to play this a lot. My PB is 79k, wonder if I could get there today
New and fun game for the ZX Spectrum
They did come up with some good ideas for that machine, considering the limitations. Love that machine
Played Variation 0. Highly addictive
Weird game, very weird game
Maze layout proves this is Maze 0.
Pictures of maze layout proves this is Maze 5.
Maze layout proves its Maze 0.
Great game on all platforms
Ahh, maybe I used to do that
I’m sure you know the feeling getting back to a game, thinking “how on earth did I use to score that much in this game?”
Yes, the second 3 is a little hard to see for old folk like us
Look at other reply I gave
As soon as you make a mistake or missing a port, the timer stops, and the game counts your faults instead. You only get a final time if you complete the track without faults.
Played it recently, and could not get into it. Kind of hard game I think.
Yes it is, had a game over 1000 but it rolls over, so did not make pictures to prove it
Won * 10 - Lost * 1
100 - 3 = 97
The timer proves I made 0 errors.
Slalom is the most difficult one of the 3.
The time proves I made 0 errors.
Improvement. Had this game from back in the day. Best game together with the two Munchkins
Great game, made it to the Desert
Never been a fan of this type of game
LOL, see that I didn't get the paper in the shoot, but it states ZTT in bottom right corner
Thanks, think this is the best BurgerTime for the Spectrum. Back then they just made conversions of arcade machines and named then something else, and nothing happened. Good old days
Blocks not moving, still enjoyable and addictive
Got a few good runs
I made the 9, but that surely mist be the max possible
Played the Videopac version just named “Golf”.
I enjoy the slow game a lot more than the fast game
Hope this has been entered as lowest score wins. Anywhere that can be checked?
You can see I finish game by finding all submarines: 3 of size 1, 2 of size 2, and 1 each of size 3 and 4.
Ran out of ammo
You got a 1200? Nice. Come to think of it, you have requested AGA games before, so you must have. Jealous
Played the Odyssey version “Computer Golf” from my Multicart
Timer at 00:00 proves this was a 3 minute game, and not a practice game where timer runs up.
The topscore of 31 is going to be very hard to beat, well done
Next time better make a picture showing the timer to prove you played a 3 minute countdown game, and not used the practice variations where the timer just runs up. Timer showing 00:00 proves is was a countdown game. Just a tip
Some rounds are to easy, and others annoying, but overall a decent game
I used to be able to complete this with ease, I'm getting old
I think I’ve been on the sixth island on the C64 version, but never on the Amiga. Had RI for the C64 on disk, but sold it all many years ago. Think that disk version is a little rare today
Thanks, must try that when I find the time
VERY NICE score
Need to find these secret rooms first
Weird way of doing it. Don’t understand games that ends without showing the final, especially when there is no highscore table
How do you get it to state the score there? When I play it, and die, it says 0 up there
Yeah, I was second best player from this site when we competed in the IGBY tour a few years ago on the MAME version. Very addictive, and a great game
I just love Anteater games
Yeah, it seems a little to hard, cause the game and the whole idea is great
Great score. Yes, it can be annoying, but one more try
I never liked this game, to fast for me
Game would have been better had there been more different mazes, but maybe not enough memory.
Lucky I got more exits at the bottom of the playfield, which seems to be easier getting to
Drop that Rainbow Islands, this is more you
Had a few goes at RI today, max was M1.2, bue dies in Dracula boss stage, and once you die there, and has to start over with one rainbow, it gets to difficult for me, gotta beat him in the first go
That b***** skateboarding
The weird thing is that the bird still was on the shoulder of Jebediah. I think there are two birds
Need some practice on that Skateboard, and can't remember how to get that bird flying
Thank you, but I think there is one on here who an easily beat it
Good score, well done
I might, but not this weekend
One day ????
Looks very much like Flying Shark
Text on top proves this was a 25 moves game.
Thank you, but you can beat it. Funny enough, I love this game on all platforms, and my big love is the Spectrum, but the Spectrum version of this game, is the one I’m having most problems with
Yeah, but topscores are good. Will have to work on unlocking stuff
Just a warm up score
I've played a lot of Rally X in my life, and I must say this feels different. So different, that I find it harder, probably because it doesn't act as it should
Yes, correct. You can’t play AGA games on an A500, neither can I on my A600
You could try the AGA version under emulation. The graphics should be better, and some games have extras.
Keeping the ball alive is almost impossible. This table is more lick than skill
Great table, first one I really enjoyed
Less points with 5 balls, than with 3 LOL
Don’t know the difference, never tried the AGA version. What Amiga do you have? Looks like an A500 model. AGA was the last chipset they used and was only used in two machines; A1200 and A4000
At least this is a little difficult. If I remember correctly, the Spectrum conversion was very easy
Tactics Not a bad game really, but not as good as Thunder Castle that is also on that disc, but not yet added to the database. Asked for it, but wonder if it ever gets added. Think Serious is the only person who can add for the PS2
One it might be possible, but I’m not to hopefull
Played at Default [Fastest]
The best way to do it is to let Medium be 3 lives as in your recording, and then let Easy be a 4 lives game. Someone made a real mess when adding these. There isn’t anything called Medium, it Normal, oh well
Yes, 4 levels. The last one being in a castle it looks like.
Maybe I'll do a video under emulation, but would prefer waiting until I've completed it, if that ever happens
My wife used to like it aswell, but no entrance in the mancave
Good score. Love that game
I don't demand videos on original hardware. I can't find a way to do it. However, I prefer peeps do it under emulation, as there they have all posibilities.
Yes, something was weird about controls.
Already in the caves? Nice progress speed
Love Blaby, collect them for the Spectrum
Yeah, and when I make a stupid mistake, I lose focus, need a break
Yeah, it can’t be that hard, so one more try
This is a great game I think
Really nice. Had a game today, but make to many mistakes. Need a break from it, but I’ve saif that before
Weird game. Did not get far in it
Huge progress in The Temple, but made a mistake, and got stuck, but think I know how to fix that next time
I like this game
Are you mad? These graphics are ACE
The Videopac G7000 was my first machine. LOVE IT
Yeah, I’m relaxed about it now
Yeah, I’ve stopped caring about my percentages. When all this started I was at 99.3, now I’m at 98.8. Someone or some users here have a pityful life it seems
Maybe fixable if you find it online, and make a new copy. Can’t remember if there were programs that successfully could fix stuff like that.
A little bit jealous
Easy is 5 Players (lives)
Medium is 4 Players (lives).
Played Basic Series on Easy. Got some incredible end of boss bonusses after first boss
Played Basic Series as can be seen on highscore table. Going to request Real Combat Series for both Medium and Easy
Lady Bug on the Dragon. Did not know that
Great score. I like this game
Yeah, annoying to have to go all the way again if it was so close Don’t know how many times I thought I’ve figured out that spot on level 9, and then fail the next many tries. Therefore I decided to drop a life. Will try your way of doing it
I do that on level 9, or I lose to many lives. Read that its a strategically move if one is stuck, but it costs a life
Great score, 6k more than me, I think I can find those points, but would rather get further in the game, but it takes so long getting there, need to find the time
I don’t agree with you that Easy is Beginner, then it should have been added as:
Taito Legends 2: Puchi Carat [Beginner]
I feel some difference in some games between Easy and Normal, so I think there is in all games, otherwise they would not have done it.
But very nice score
You also got a Toasty? The most desireable Spectrum out there
If you can do fixes yourself I can recommand Mutant Caterpillar Games for fixes
Played with 2 Players (lives) which is Medium. Got a bit lucky and made 22k bonus in first round
Played with 3 lives just like S.BAZ did, so 3 Players (lives) is Easy, and 2 is Medium
Position 2, position one was played on Easy.
Medium being 4 Players (lives), while 3 would be Hard if ever added to the database.
Scored with 5 Players (lives), which is Easy, and 4 Players being Medium and so on
If you can redo your 150k you mentioned, I’m done I think
Position 2. This is the best I can do for now
I'll just delete my score, and try on medium, but this should have been added differently when it was done
So this is [Medium] [Middle]
I'll see if I can leave a note in the request not to include that one as its already in the database, but if we can't it will be twice in the database
Yeah I know, bit as I said I’ve asked for all 3 difficulties to be added, Beginner, Middle and Expert. This is Medium [Normal], and I played on Medium. The problem is that when someone asked to get it added to the database they did not think of calling it [Medium][Beginner] or [Medium][Middle]. Just think we need this one to be open for free choice, and then wait for those different difficulties to be added. The person who originally asked these to be added, and the person who added them made a mess, and the way this site is build up it can’t be corrected anymore as I understand it
LOL, I could edit them, which I thought would make the edited leave the request list, but it didn't. So now I've requested all 3 for both Easy and Medium (Normal). I guess this one will be a free choice then. This system has to many flaws
Did not notice that. I've asked for Middle to be added, as I thought this was Beginner. Don't think I can delete that request
Can't remember playing it much, so can't comment on it. The sport games I played the most was Hypersports, DT Decathlon and Winter Games
When I let it run for some time, the same highscore tables likes the one in your picture came up, but it had to run for quiet some time
Position 1 on HS table.
Position 1 on HS table
My Highscore table looks nothing like the one in your version. Different versions released?
First picture of no use. Sorry. Position 2 played on easy, the other scores played on Normal [Medium].
Made a video of one of the 108k scores, but get an error message when trying to move it to dropbox to get it onto my PC. Also tried uploading directly to You Tube from iPad without any lick. How do you guys do this?
Going to ask for Middle and Expert to be added aswell.
Maybe you should ask for other levels to be added aswell, so that you can play other than beginners. Interesting looking game, well done
Played with 5 Players (Lives), which is Easy.
Medium must be played with 4 starting lives (players).
Played with 6 lives which must be Easy. Love this type of games. Played them a lot on the Spectrum BITD
Played with 5 lives as that must be Medium, while 6 is easy, 4 Hard and 3 Very Hard.
Yeah, someone when adding these confused Normal with Medium
As I see it we must make these settings:
Easy = 6 lives
Medium = 5 lives
Hard = 4 lives (not added)
Very Hard = 3 lives (not added)
Hope that is allright with you, as that are the 4 difficulties on this compilation.
What? A game woth easy bosses, nice
Jikes, feel that score of mine is already beaten
Don’t think I can beat your Medium, and you should easily beat this one
You should, great fun
Nice Special Rules idea
It is. Would really like the first one aswell.
Yeah, got devices like that for many computers
Thanks, good link ????
Just goggled it, 39 on PS2 version.
Think about 45, can give you precise number tomorrow
The problem is there are other projects that are more important
Got to the big snake. Don’t think I ever defeated it on MAME either.
There are 4 different courses, which all can be played on all different difficulties choosen before game starts up
How come there are two difficulties added in the database for this game when there is only one difficulty? Are there different releases of this compilation?
Position 10 score made on difficulty Easy. Topscore made on difficulty Normal with a lot of luck
Made one insane combo which probably was more luck than skill
Back in 2001 I scored over 300k and got to stage 5 in this game on MAME, I don’t think I got that in me no more
They are sometimes a bit pricey. Don’t think they sold to well. I got this very cheap from someone over here
I’ve requested all courses added seperately, as this Beginner course can also be played on Easy. This game has not been entered correctly I think. Once they are added the two existing ones should both be for test course
Don’t understand why this wasn’t added with different courses
I think it has gone for more, so not that bad a price, well done. A bit jealous, probably the only game besides Wings I would like to add to my collection
Serious? How much did you pay? The game is very rare, as the company folded around the time it was released, so not that many copies made it to the stores, as I understand it, good buy
Finally made it to stage 3, The Temple
HEY MR. NO VOTER, YOU FORGOT TO GIVE THIS A NO. COME ON
Yeah, first round is so easy, and with 10K mission bonus, one think its piece of cake, but it gets a lot more difficult after that. One of those "one more game even if it takes my sanity" games
5 starting lives which should be Easy, and 6 would be Very Easy if that ever gets added
So 4 starting lives is Medium, so 5 must be Easy, and the 6 would be very easy. It seems there has been made a mess when some of these games were added
Beat the first bog boss on Easy
Text copied from Larquey’s text description of his upload:
Majestic Twelve = Super Space Invaders 91 -> European and US version of the game.
Had all my lives when I ran into first big boss. Always seems to panic when I get to big bosses
German type-in puzzle game from German multi format mag Happy Computer
This game started oit as a type-in game called Dracman
That was a notch up on speed, on to speed 2. Wonder what madness awaits me
Don’t think I can beat you if you beat me, find it very hard
I see, I use SPACE bar to pick up objects
Yeah, 15 can be a bit annoying
To many mistakes
Top of first screen says that the score was done on the Test Track.
Think standard was 3 back then. This is bad programming, as there isn’t a highscore for both 3 and 5 balls
Thank you, normally don’t have to work that hard for such a score in this game
Yeah, you know, this can’t be true, just one more try
Nothing worked for me, I could not type it in, and no reaction on joystick movement
I have an improvement ready, could someone give this its last vote, thank you
Yeah the troll is back after a break for about a month in which we all hoped he had grown up, but sadly no. You’ll not get any help from Serious. He even think Autofire is allright as long as enough idiots votes yes on them without checking. This site is destroying itself, I just want to have some fun until the day comes.
On your way out?
As you all can see it took a lot of tries to take this one back. Was about to give up when I finally figured out how to do Hells Gate. Not sure there is much improvement left in me in this tough game
Well done. This game is really hard. BTW, you don’t need to redefine your keys before each game, once is enough
Yeah, no way to hide for them
Messed up initials input
High score below Big Shot on first picture.
It plays very well, however had to play with keys, could not figure out how to choose Joystick
High score input doesn’t work on the +2a, so had to take a quick photo
No hi-score table
Thank you, also a Merry Christmas to you
That PB was not from this site. Think its on HARP
Thanks, had a good run. My previous PB was 54k
Yes the twat(s) are back
The 1 right next to the arrow pointing right proves this was played on level 1.
Did only have 2 lifes. Think I figured out how to do it, but it won’t be easy.
I need longer breaks between games to play a good game, or I make to many mistakes, you know that problem?
Round 18 which seems to be one of the more difficult ones
It seems the twat is back
Love this game, completed it back in 93
Yes, 16 only have one trouble spot that I haven’t mastered yet
Great score. I’m on a break from the game, more into Traps ‘n’ Treasures
No Hi-score table.
If you like Pang, you’ll love this game
Hardly ever use keyboard, back then I upgraded to a + quickly. That’s the same with a different keyboard, but yes, probably better than the rubber one for playing with keys
Very nice machine. Got a 5-6 of these rubbers one, but mostly use my 128k Toastrack or my +2a
Same problem here
Should be 54, right? Or did you mistype and wanted it multiplied by 100, instead of 10?
Had a good run a Gem bonus
Also never been any good at this game
Played on Normal.
Same as the one submitted under free choice entry.
As all difficulties have been added on their own, I suppose this is the free choice one
Played on normal.
Got very far in the Caves today. That round is very big
I find it very hard. Never made it out of world one. My best is world 1-5
Good start, admit it fun
Very nice collection. Bigger than my Dragon collection. Think I got about 20 tapes and a few Carts
Always loved this game, but never been any good at it
Well done. My only hate round is 9
It seems I’m stuck in this great game
Almost completed Round 16
5th race in Malaysia is very hard with all those spreaded road signs
3rd position. Close to my PB, never been through Ice round
Yes, I competed with him on Medium level
No, its very annoying, and bad programming. Fun little game
102.00 * 100 = 10200
Wish I had it back then
Its a lot of fun, really great
Rescued all pirates on the beach, and moved onto next level, the caves
Good luck, hope to see some great scores
One round further, and a little improvement on the score
Tried the first one yesterday, but could not get those stupid fishes to leave out when I lead them to the exit. Must be doing something wrong
You need a Gotek interface
82.20 * 100 = 8220
24.00 * 100 = 2400
Tried to find that game, but only found AGA version I think
Never heard of Warblade. Did he do more stuff for the Amiga?
Top of High Score table proves thes scores were made on Expert.
This difficulty really is Fast n Furious
Top of High Score table proves these are scores made in Normal mode.
That’s sad, he can’t have been that old
It states on top of High Score table that this is the ‘Beginner’ HS table. Probably the best Pacman clone together with Pacmania
It is rare I guess. Only ever seen the re-release of Kuma’ Alien Destroyer by Sinclair
Should be 34,800, and a paper with your initials on the photo next time you submit something might help on your legit percentages.
I would delete this score, and resubmit with right (better) score
Skipping for now.
No highscore table.
There is a bug in this game, as sometimes it just skips the initial screen, and put up Anonymous. I suppose this happens when you click the mouse button (shooting) when you lose your last life
Not a massive fan of this version.
Me too, but need some practice to get used to this version, the controls don’t feel like in other version, maybe its just me
No way close to Burning Rubber
Annoying that it doesn’t have a highscore table, and that it goes straight to the Game Over screen, and therefore you have to take pics when possible. Another thing is that it stopped me continuing to the Galleon because of lack of memory, which was stated on screen by Krisalis
[Pence * 1]
480 * 1 = 480
Yeah, but I feel I need a break. Making to many mistakes, and there is one spot where I feel its just luck if I make it
Another little improvement
Much harder than Knight Lore
Good game, also like it on the Spectrum
Good Pang clone
Not the best Pinball game I’ve tried, far from it
Think this is the best Turrican. Its not as hard as the two others. I’m not any good at these type pf games
Played default settings just like Sixx did under emulation, which are Classic Pucman in Arcade mode with 3 Pucman.
Can’t really think of anything to compare it with. Being a cowboy yourself, you need to try it
Some spots that I know how to pass, but still need practice to do it everytime. Fun game
Another great game I wish I had back in the day
You didn’t You really want to force me playing it again, cruel one mate
Last time I tried the disk still loaded, but would not know how to transfer it to the PC as ADF file.
I only programmed one game on the Amiga, it was a kind of Mined Out (ZX Spectrum) clone, done in AMOS
You did? Please tell me how that level is possible
Don't think you made this video PUBLIC
Very fun, explore, do tasks and all
What a fantastic game, wish I had this back in the day
According to screenshot, wrong score
Wrong score, its 100740, skipping
Yes, but if you stop your Energy bar runs down, so no big breaks to think
Call me crazy, but I really like this game, and what a great way to improve on Space Invaders
The real name is this game is just Pod
How is that round even possible?
Yeah, wish I had this game back then. Really nice, but 50 rounds, not sure I can ever complete it. There will probably come very difficult rounds later on
I've tried those settings. Where did you find your ADF? All ADFs I got give black screen
Is the arcade game a mix of 8 Bit Hunchback 1 and 2? Never knew that
What emulator did you use? WinUAE? If yes, what settings, and what ROM? I can't get the game to run, black screen after cracker page
Was very lucky picking up a lot of points on stage 1. Maybe this should have been scored something like:
Stage * Score
Can’t say. Got it from someone in the family
What do you call those Japanese players that beats these scores easily? Not much Pro about me
Great score indeed.
Thank god its some kind of futuristic Rally X, as I'm not going to invest in a Wii
88.60 * 100 = 8860
Just asked, so that I could submit mine as normal under real hardware
52.00 * 100 = 5200
Yes, the first rounds are automatic play to get as much power bonus as possible
Yes, it shifts to become much harder around those levels. The hardest are the spots where you have to drop down just above the water to get under a wall if you know what I mean
Yes, then you probably played on default, which is Normal
What difficulty was this played on?
42.80 * 100 = 4280
It seems there are 50 rounds
Fun game, but can be very frustrating at times. Wonder how many rounds there is?
Indeed a very bad game, and way to difficult.
96.60 * 100 = 9660
Yes, very much so
Very bad score, just to start this up playing without a droid. The other entry is when you played with a droid, where Benzi have a score I think will be very hard to beat, well done
119.20 * 100 = 11920
Great game, very difficult to make good picture in time
20.00 * 100 = 2000
Played 1 round which is 10 spins.
Got to the top of Follow the Leader, which is a musical version od Simon Says, which scored me those £20
184.40 * 100 = 18440
Took the Jackpot 3 times
Great game indeed
109.40 * 100 = 10940
Found a full version
93.60 * 100 = 9360
Need to find full version, in this demo you can only play 2 rounds, and there's no sound
Very impressive, well done
Was first submitted under Emulation, sorry about that
Played at Run Speed 1
Horrible score, but these controller pads are killing me
Improvement, but still a long way from my PB
Looked fun when I checked it to add it. Might take a few games one day
Thanks, need a break from the game, don't think I can beat my PB of 116k
Thanks, but already beaten
The difficultiest version I've ever tried
Just added these to the database:
I would agree on that. Is there a special name for the proper rom?
What about the other recordings with a much better score than mine, were they played with a proper rom? I see, I'm not number 1 anymore, so probably no need to delete it????
Wonder if its possible to erase a score if uploading a new one with a lower score. Must also check if I made notes on my real hardware what rom I used there. Someone asked me if they fired back, and they did, but maybe not all of them????
Liked the game aswell, but why did no one who knows the game spot it? Really a shame such a score can't be erased, or at least I don't think that's possible on here
That's the problem when we play systems and games we don't know
Also, not enough who knows the game and watch the video to warn before its legit.
This version is much to fast, not enjoyable
9 * 39 = 351
Screenshot proves I played at Level 1.
Screenshot proves I played at Level 2.
Screenshot proved I played at Level 3.
Screenshot also proves I played at Level 4.
Screenshot also proves I played on Level 5.
Never tried the 2600 version, but it feels like most of them including the C64 version
Aaarrrrggghhh, maybe I should try if I can get my X-Arcade to work with it then Same problem with Bubble Bobble
Easiest version I've ever played. I could not even jump using Joystick, and still I got this score. Is it even possible to jump in this version?
Fun, but somehow frustrating game.
I could use some late summer holiday, oh well, I got a week of in about 4 weeks
Wrong screenshots, but video proves score
Hey hey hey, that's not nice of you
I might be back one day
Watch video to see that I start in Sector 10, which proves I choose Difficulty 3.
See video to see that I started in Sector 5 which proves I choose Difficulty 2.
Only just got to know this game in recent years thanks to Highsocre.com, so no expert at all, but this seems to be the difficultiest version I've tried so far.
Please watch video to see that I started in sector 01 which is Difficulty 1
I've tried many versions of this game, and must say that this is the worst I've ever tried. Can't remember ever trying once were I was disappointed, but this one is no good
That's a problem if the other players didn't do that
Maybe you should ask all variations to be added, and then this one can be stay as [Any Variation]
Voting Yes of course.
Could not get the Emulator to work with Joystick on this game, so had to play with Keyboard, I hate that
And another new PB
Got to the 9th out of 10 cars.
Maze layout proves this is Maze 1.
Yes, my PB before this was a little over 10k
Could not find a screen recorder that works with O2EM, but remembered that X-Split works on WolfMess
Maze structure proves this is Maze 2.
Not bad, felt very much like the Spectrum version
7 Charms * 65% = 455
See, I told you. But cramped into 16K is no excuse, why even do it, if this is the end result?
These C16 conversions are horrible, just wait until you run into Bomb Jack. Love my C16 because its in such good state, but by games, I prefer the Vic 20
That's my period aswell
Found an emulator that works with X-Split, which is openMSX, and once I figured out that I needed to run it with C-BIOS MSX JP to get it run at right speed, this was what came out of it as a start
An okayish version, I would have been super happy about such an effort for the Spectrum back then, but no....
Its a fun game, I really prefer early arcade games that were simple fun, but I'll not put to much time into it, so you'll get it in the end I'm sure
Weird that you can't upload pictures
Once its voted legit you can make new recording with your account, and upload that to [Account]
Should this not be under emulation?
Could you please delete the score, and re-submit it under [No Account]. This is your first game where you don't have an account
[2 + 1] * [48 + 37]
3 * 85 = 255
Working on beating my own PB
What will then keep me busy?
Nice score, was wondering when you would trash me in this
If its a tough as the Arcade, then this is a great score. Must try it under emulation one day
ZTT was their record label, which was a label under Island Records
Took many more tried to get this one back than I thought. Really like this game, but those unfair deaths are annoying
Can't remember ever being on that screen before.
Was later released by Sinclair as Punchy. Should be reworked, so maybe a little better
Took more games that I thought it would, and still about 30k away from my PB
Sorry mate, but this highscore I can't let you keep
Call me crazy, but this is my favourite Pinball game together with Nightmare from Pinball Dreams on the Amiga
Don't like it either, always considered it the worst Spectrum game, even though I know that is not so
Thank you, love this game. Its my favourite Videopac game, had it back then aswell
Thanks, but its already been beaten, but I'll be back Just annoyed XSplit doesn't work with this emulator
Yeah, it was great. Had a lot of handhelds which I gave away back then when I got my first computer. STUPID
Also got Galaxy Invader 1000 as a kid, and got it again some years ago, but unfortunately it only works on one level
I'll try to control myself, and yes, it's very addictive. Just loves this type of game. Have you tried Bozy Boa for the Spectrum?
Great score, hope I'll be back
This should go under Emulation, skipping for now
Love this game, might take a look at it again
Maze layout proves this is Maze 2.
Sorry, no video, XSplit don't work together with this emulator, and I can't remember the name of the other recorder I used on the old PC
Picture from just before I die. Don't get this programming faults, where the game erases the playing screen the second you die, and give you no message about your score, and no high score table aswell. Bad programming I think, and takes some of the joy out of a otherwise good game
Final score at 16:20 in video.
Testing my newest Master System II, with that noce Mega Drive controller. Never thought I would get this high, and last life I killed a normal customer, otherwise I think I would have made the 400k mark
Yes, its one of the early games, so there are a good chance it won't work to well on these newer machines. Does it do this every time you play?
Would you mind doing me the favour and test if it also does it, if you type in this before loading:
10 OUT 32765,48
If I remember correctly it might need to be:
20 LOAD"" CODE
Difficult game, I still prefer Thrusta
Allright, the game is not that easy to find, so I thought you might have been lucky having it
Hi, I see you are back playing at the site Do you mind me asking if you played this from the original tape?
Yes, that one annoys me aswell. Considering all the help I've done for many gaming sites including MARP, that one annoys me, as there might be other users that believe this shit.
Yes, I know, but we can't use () in the description, and to many also makes it confusing I think. There are to many limitations on this site when coming to adding games
Yes, you are right
A bit hard to see if the first digit is an 8 or a 9, but trust me its an 8
Its just a bad Pacman clone, better not waste your time on it
3+1 * 4950 = 19800
Thank you. Might need to look at old recording to check for strategies
Out of practice. My record in this game is 670k, that score can be watched as an INP on MARP
I also never looped it back then, but now it had to be
Looped once. Even after all these years I still have problems getting over the pit with the rope
Why is this called Ab$cam on here?
Initials input went wrong...oh well
It was the arcade game I spend most money on, other favourites back then was Lady Bug and Fantasy
Yes, to prevent someone not completing it, having a better score
I admit that its not very good, which is why I didn't play it much back in the day
Probably the easiest shooter ever. I killed myself off slowly in the end by not taking so many POWs. Easy to beat if you invest some time
Sorry, no sound again. Recently XSplit have decided to start up mute, and I forget to set sound on
Serious? The Spectrum version is much better than this version
My all time favourite Arcade machine. My mates were a little annoyed back in the day, that I was so good at it. Sometimes my escapes was called lucky, yeah right, me lucky, NEVER
Let me warn you, I can do better Well, I'm a bit rusty these days, so who knows. My record on MARP is 116k
Don't tell that to the thousands of Japanese that beats me blindfolded
I love that game, played it a lot on the Amiga
Is the Atari version any good?
A bit worse than C64, even though that should not be possible
Very fast version
Good Manic Miner clone
So he signed up with a new account?
To the trolls, I can't make videos of my real hardware gaming. Go to my Emulation score for videos. Why question bad scores like this?
Yes, imagine wasting your time on coming by just to vote no to everything
Emulation with video, what more do you want troll?
The controls are horrible in this game
Love this game, but getting to old for these type of games
Simple but fun and challenging game
It is? Thank you
Forgot to say you also get 10,000 points for completing this part
Hi, you mist add 10,000 points for completing this part
I did that as its easy to leech points when I added Part 1 long time ago.
Thank you. It gets very fast, doubt I can do much better
The troll strikes again LOL
Just needed two cores
Arkanoid type game.
A really bad Manic Miner clone
I find the action very confusing, I prefer Android One
Ahhh, I see, sorry
I used to score over 7K on this games back in 2004 in the Speecy Tour. Long way back
Score is 13,150
It says on the screen I played at Level 1.
Unknown if this was ever released or if it were a type-in game from a mag, or just spread theough friends, but I love these type of games
Yeah, the loading screen was the first thing to look forward to back then when loading a game for the first time
No problem, probably only 8 digits allowed for file names
Please delete this score as this is not GALAXIAN, but GALAXIANS. If you started at Level 1 then submit it under:
Galaxians [Start Level 1]
The long time before I got it added was down to that I could not get it to work properly on my +2A. To be more precise, it would not let me choose levels when pressing B. Then I found out it wouldn't either under emulation on a normal 48K machine. Can you get B to work to choose level?
Weird game aswell
Had a very lucky fifth level
Very nice display, that is a great collection. The Vectrex is on my want list, but its very expensive, and hard to get
Yes, its an annoying game, and the plot does not make it more interesting
Never really figured what to do in that game
I use WinUAE
Someone voted OTHER? Its not even a good score
I must admit that I've never completed this game. I've been in the last world many years ago, and with this slow progress I doubt I'll ever get there again. The way I lose my last 3 lives is just pathetic
Thank you. At this stage it gets impossible, very fast
Its horrible, don't say I didn't warn you
Yeah, don't think I added it, but could be wrong
Yes, great game, maybe a completion bonus would have been a good idea.
If I find the time
I guess the score you had prepared when requesting it wasn't high enough So you had to put in some extra work Great game, don't you think so?
It is, its marvelous
Great, thank you
So you did not see the loading screen being scrambled like when you play the game. That was huge when I saw that the first time back then
You can stop the train if you need some more time. That is what that clock is for
Did you load it from original tape?
Yeah, time flies by...
Score is wrong, its 34,640
Once again completed. This game is very easy
Ahhh, sorry about that old eyes
I don't doubt your score, just the sudden rule change. Normally we go by first uploader. It wasn't Kernzy but the other player who had 3.8
So by changing score rules you beat someone who has better score than you, please be so polite and write him so he can resubmit, and get first place back. I serious,y don't understand why some admins isn't more careful when adding a game into the database
This game is very easy once you figure it out q
Score is wrong, its 22,550
An Exolon rip-off. Needless to say that Exolon is much better
Still below my PB. A patience job getting those sausages down the top platform om the later levels
Indeed, so true
BTW, with some practice I can do better aswell
Low score? I can't even remember to get up on the first landing LOL
I might be biased, but I think the Spectrum version is the best out there. The C64 is also good, but the Amstrad version is horrible
Yes, it seems this is the easiest version there is, but a bit harder to get an extra lofe than on the Spectrum version. Love this game
Same here. I've completed it on the Speccy
Yes, he started out running Postern. Also did cult game Shadowfax
Can't remember how hard it was to get my score, but it sounds like you had a hatd time beating it, so I might not be able to take it back
And the Refueled/Improved version for the 2005 Minigame Competition 4 KB category
Nice racing game programmed in under 4KB for the 2004 Minigame Competition 4KB category. Worth a try
Love this game on the Spectrum. So proud when I got hold of the original some time ago
Left side score, right side previous highscore.
Remember having this as a *cough* pirated *cough* game back then. Still a bloody confusing game, as it can only be played with keyboard. I dare everyone to try in out
Left top corner indicates I played Maze 20x20
Unlike any other version, you could pick up more than one man on one bridge on the Spectrum version
Killed myself, felt as if I could have played for hours. Good version.
Working in a bar is hard work
Never seen a crappy version either
Weird game. The reason I couldn't find it was because it seems that it is written for the Vega
Should that not be 9,016?
Premium is really hard.
Horrible ripoff, even copied the mazes.
Love this game on all formats
Yeah, its very bad
Sadly, I'm not admin for C64
Only Spectrum, Amstrad, Amiga and Atari 800.
Please don't withdraw it, but maybe ask for it to also be added with the above formula
This is how I've done it for the Spectrum:
[Percentages * 100,000] + Score
Bad game? Don't agree on that, but its to difficult compared to other Ultimate game. I like the Spectrum version, but prefer Atic Atac. Just leave it, don't think others will catch that its percentages when you re-enter it as 4. The admin who added the game, should have tested the game some more, and figured that the score would not be the way to go
This game should really be scored by percentages, and not score. Oh well, maybe ask for another entry to the database.
I can't beat that. Find it to hard with the Roll on the keyboard
I agree, just bought a TZXDuino some weeks ago, which also loads TZX and TAP files like normal. Very usefull to save down to tape aswell, without the Spectrum being connected
Yes, the highscore input on this game is a bit weird.
But congrats on that nice score, you little Arkanoid devil you
Thank you. Hope you agree that the score is useless in this game? I love Ultimate games, but this game is to bloody hard, as is Sabre Wulf, but still good games
Some of these programs does have problems running on slow machines. Before I got my new one, I had to stop recording Amiga games as it made them run bad, and ruined the sound. You need to try and find ways to speed up your PC
Please delete sccore, as it says percentages % as score. The score in this game is useless, as you can create a big score by just shooting enemies. You get your percentages on the screen when you lose your last life.
What do you mean you don't owe the 128k version? I might be wrong, but I think its on your 48k tape, either alone, or if you load the game on an 128k you get the 128k version.
Take a look at my Spectrum video to see what its about
Not as good as the Spectrum version (to fast), but still a LOT better than the horrible Amstrad version
Can't remember what I was able to score on this back then, but this has to do for now
Game 1 starting on Level 1. Long way to go for that topspot
28 items collected.
Care to explain the clock thing jmaio? Looks weird.
Maybe post this in the forum, so we can get a little talk about it
Game 5 starting at Level Pro.
Yes, that's all that is counted in this game. Jet Set Willy is a cult game from the 80s, especially on the ZX Spectrum
No, that why its Game 4. That's how I understand it. Game 1 is starting on Level 1. Or am I wrong?
I'm confused, something wrong with this recording?
Sorry, it seems I uploaded the wrong picture. Added the right one as the third picture. How did I get yes vores with the first two pictures alone?
I don't enjoy this version at all
Played Mission 1.
Got to the princess screen. This version is very good
Game 4 starting at Level 13.
They all got black cover. Its the label on the tape, some were printed with black text, the more common once were printed with blue text
It was, if you find it please check if there is a misprint in the inlay, where it says press L to load instead of J. Thats a rare variation, also the colour of the print on the tape label is different. The black one is more rare than the blue one. Now the nerd comes up in me LOL
Yeah, great game on all formats
Game 3 starting on Level 9.
Game 2 starting at Level 5.
I would love that Super Game System, but its very expensive if I remember correctly
Takes a lot of patience playing up that score
This was released on the introduction tape that came with the ZX Spectrum back then, so must have been the first game I ever played on my Spectrum
Great game. I'll have to give it a go one of the days. Enjoyed testing it so mich, and I think I used to play it back in the day aswell
Why did I not notice that? Maybe the highscore is random, and it started lower when I tested it. Everything good then. Good someone is more awake than me
Yes, its done like that with this game on other formats on here aswell
I don't really. Its an old thing I got along when I bought a C16 from someone here in Denmark. It does not even have a name on it. But I can give you link to another one which is much better anyway like this one:
The only bad thing is that it is very pricey if I remember correctly
I'm a little confused about this game. Are you sure 2,200 is your score. What about the 25,000, what is that?
I have a Micro SD device plugged in, which you can't see, from which I load D64 files. But I also have a working disk drives and some tape decks for it.
Where is proof for distance to TV, or how are the rules for these kind of games? Just asking
So many yes votes with a wrong score? Better delete and resubmit, you cheated yourself for some points, it 75,632,450
Of course, but there are so many Pacman games for the Spectrum, you need to give me more information on what version it is. What company is it by?
You should give the Spectrum version a go. Unless my memory fails me totally, it is much better than this version. This is truely horrible
Yes it does that on all versions I've seen. Very annoying really
On the Spectrum the best version of this game is called Pheenix from a company called Megadodo. Try it out
Once I learned what it was all about, I enjoyed the game, but by far not the best Hewson game
To be honest in this game you also need some luck with what item is where to get a good score. This game is and will always be to hard
The collision detection is horrible on some screens compared to other versions of the game
Wonder why Dynamite Dan 2 never got released for the C64?
Another strike from Ultimate
Of some reason the easiest version I've ever tried of this game. Don't know why, but never made it out of screen 1 on any other version LOL
I loved that game. Must give it a go soon
The Atari 800XL is a great computer. Wish I also had that when I was a kid, so many great games
So many games, so little time
Sorry, I have to ask this...how many hours does your day have? How do you find all that time
If you run out of space, ship this to Denmark. What a nice machine
Is it just me? Looks more 13,550
Please delete and resubmit if I'm right. That will also increase your score
I really think you can, try it next time
I can't get over how great this game is
The game seems a bit unfair at times.
I always had the joystick at the bottom of my Spectrum, and then controlling the Space bar with my pointing finger. Got more annoying if the used a key in the higher rows
17.1 of course
Not sure, but can't you enter it as 17.2 in the last box?
An improvement but still a long way from what I used to be able to do in this game
Will look at it in a moment
So close, but no Cigar
The Defender king of Highscore.com
Maybe its me who is weird, but I really like this game. Wish they had ported this to the Spectrum back then
It gets so hard on Experienced, that I'm not even sure I "dare" to play the higher levels
Can't defend first place if someone beats it, as I only loaned that Gameboy to test some games I have for it
Shame this was added without capital letters Can someone fix that?
Indeed, such a simple idea, still so much fun
If I get time, so many games so little time
BTW, if you want me to get a message that you have replied, you must press the Reply link before answering
No with Joystick. Have no paddles, never had.
Its so slow. The Spectrum version have four levels IIRC, but I can't even check if this has levels, as its impossible to get anywhere I think
Horrible game. They should have played the Spectrum version before programming this crap
And my 66K was my first game ever
Played at Skill Level 3. Weird game
I really like this type of game. First time I tried it was on the Atari 800 in recent years. Just wish I were better at it
Incredible score I hate these type of games.
Played Marathon on Easy, start Speed Level 1.
Please delete this score, it should go under Emulation
The Spectrum version is great
Oh, sorry about the missing sound. Have turned it off by mistake in XSplit
Found a working copy, and finally beat the topscore. Took longer than expected. Think I'm getting old
It gets to fast, and once fast it seems impossible to slow down
I'm as shocked as the first time I tried this version of how BAD it is. Do yourself the favour, and play the Spectrum version instead. Wonder what drugs the programmers of this version were on
As these type of games frustrate me, but still is so annoyingly addictive, that it is al ost impossible to stop playing once started, I decided only to play on, until I could not beat my previous score, and it got me to 5100 Will never get close to topscore, it gets to fast for me
Just had two games of this, and I'm already frustrated. Very good score, congrats
The first 20 levels or so are to easy, and you get to many extra lives. But still, its always fun with a game of Chuckie Egg on almost all formats. There is one though that is really bad, can't remember which one right now, Dragon 32?
This is really an annoying game
Its always been to tough for me to love it. Played it on the Spectrum back then, which is just as tough.
Great version, I've always loved it, but hard to get through the last stages. Not tried the C64 version yet, but its probably about the same toughness.
Must admit I'm no fan of these new products. I prefer the real deal. I'm weird, I know
What do you collect in Ten Speed instead of milk?
Aaarrrggghhh, so it was also released as Milk Race for the C64. The other one for the American market?
Just played this today on the real hardware. Great version, very smooth
This game was called Milk Race on the Spectrum. Looks very much like it. Think Milk Race is a UK race, therefore the different name maybe
The middle picture is a wrong upload. Wish we could delete evidence
So close on beating topscore. This is the best version I've ever played of Cabal, really enjoyable
WOW, this US version is really bad
I've been through the whole catalogue putting files on my USB thingy. Need to move onto next project. I feel the need to do some Spectrum gaming
So many machines, so little time
This is the last Amstrad submission from me for this time, I promise
I collect Rabbit Software originals for the ZX Spectrum. It looks just like this one
Did not notice, and its been a while since I've played the Spectrum version. It seems David Whittaker did the music on the Amstrad version, but its probably the same?
I'll look into it later today. Been busy lately.
Score right to Heli for prove this was scored using the Heli
All black screen and you jump up and up until you get to goal. No enemies, not even your own character on screen. So a round with no points or anything
Does your ROM work in world 4?
That score is not so high Trickster, but I agree making videos of Emulation should not be a problem. I just wish I could find a ROM where world 4 isn't messed up, and that score is gone
It takes a little luck to get that score in 12 rounds, but its not impossible. I voted Yes
Yes weird, Joystick and 3 keys needed. That is to much for this old man. I'll stick to Spectrum version
How did you manage that score with those controls? This is the weirdest I've ever tried. Why did they not include the fire button on Joystick for attacks, like on the Spectrum version? Well done
It was meant as a joke. Know the game very well, look at top score
What the problem? Just more skill needed
Look at Top Score at the bottom of the screen.
Completed in my second go. This game, both part 1 and 2 are extremely easy.
Completed, not very hard.
This version is a little slow, and controls are stiff.
You can't enter emoji's, you must choose one from the available smileys. Bit annoying
Highscore input a little messed up, but there is a ZTT hiding in fifth
Scoring formula, see game description.
+[100.000]+ = 105.336
They really are Super intelligent on this level
Highscore in top right corner. Weird 4 I know
Its very common here in Europe, so it would surprise me if I'm the only one. Together with the ZX Spectrum and the C64, it was one of the 3 big homecomputers in europe in the 80s
Not the correct score is it. Its levels completed, the screen shows you are about to enter Level 7. The score should be 6, or am I wrong?
This version is actually better than the Amiga version. Some of the early Amiga games were rushed
Weird highscore sorting, and it cheated me of my slightly better score
[Charms * Percentages]
[14 * 91] = 1274
I bet this is more fun than it looks like as with so many handhelds
Really? I don't like the C64 version at all Probably depends on what we grew up with.
You should try the Spectrum version. Much better in my opinion
How did you manage that score? I find this version unplayable and horrible
Voting yes of course
Not the hardest Centipede game, just a warm up
Great game, but a little bit slower would have made it more enjoyable
Indeed, never seen a bad version. Wants to get it for the Sega Master aswell, but that ROM is expensive when it show up
Thank you once again
A lot harder than part 1, but think I need to find English version
Completed in third try. This version is to easy, or I was just crap when youmger playing the Spectrum version
Maybe scoring formula should have been Score * Remaining lives.
Shockingly bad conversion
No High-score table.
BTW; may I present my new Toastrack?
Once again someone choose to give a no, with the excuse I did not follow the rules. Please tell me how I did not follow the rules? I think that person should read the rules LOL
14 * 83 = 1162
First time in many years I complete this great game. Have been trying under emulation doing a video, but no luck. Maybe it is harder under emulation?
Please try and get the machine in the picture. Some demands it to vote yes. Voted yes
Where's the machine, really like to see it
"Submitter did not follow Highscore.com rules"
So how did I not do that? Get out of the shadows, and explain it to me LOL
Can't really say, never liked the game, but I seem the remember the Spectrum version being more difficult, even though this version have horrible controls
Much to fast, not enjoyable
Much more difficult than any other version I've ever tried.
Might look into it
You can see at the beginning of the video that I play on level NORMAL. The N right to the score on highscore table also proves it.
Great game, but I'm no good at it
Just to demonstrate this fun Danish produced game
Find it very easy, only some levels that are hard, but it seems if you get past 500K it gets a bit more difficult. Either that, or is what starting to get bored
Did you also play parallel?
Great game, but a little bit easy
Na na. Oh behave
I think its only released as the Core version. Just think its a dobbel entry, and I put my score up with the title that is closest to the way the game name is written by the company. I also think more people have entered under this name. The other one should be deleted, unless there is a shareware version that I don't know about
Should the score not be 140,400?
Yes, not really any indications on how many Asteroids you need to destroy before getting to next level. Never played it before these goes
At 0:08 I choose difficulty in the video
My last upload this year. I present you all the probably worst shooter on all systems there is
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE
Please don't Frustrating game...
Got a new PC, so now I have the Speed again to make videos of Amiga emulation
Tough little shooter
Es probably, but still to late to do something about it
Yes, that score should not have been vooted legit.
Premium level is hard
That is a great score Sir
Great game, just a shame I have to play it with the Coleco controller
I think this is the proto type called Matt Patrol because the first name of the programmer was Matt
Believe it was later released as Moon Patrol.
What a great game once you figure out what to do
The indication of Level 3 at the bottom of the screen does not mean I played on Skill 3, just that I got to Level 3 in this game on Skill 1.
I'm sure you can beat this. Think these games were meant for the youngsters back then. Am I right?
The 4 in the bottom right corner proves this was played on Level 4.
The 3 in bottom right corner proves it was played on Level 3.
The 2 in bottom right corner proves that I played on Level 2. Played through all rounds.
The 1 in the bottom right corner proves I played on Level 1
Score should be 64,430 not 66,430
I love this type of games, but this looks to fast to be enjoyable
Probably the easiest version I've ever played of this type of games, and so many extra lives, but still very thrilling
My first game, and I thought go for number one, but from there it went down hill
Look at highscore.
Thank you, played it a lot on many systems just for fun. Wasn't until today I found out what I had to do in each round to have a chance of getting through. When I started playing that topscore seemed impossible to reach
One of those annoying games where you just have to have "one more go"
Colecovision at the bottom to the left.
Maybe this game should have some kind of formular to score it
1. Why did they not make this for Joystick?
2. Why make 8 keys move, simply annoying
Love this type of games
Fox News educational? What lunatics phone in on that show?
Final score at 9:59
Videos starts at 10:15
Scores are 4-0 / 3-0 / 3-0 / 2-1 / 1-0 = 500+12=512
To all confirmers, you need to forward video and check his results to be able to confirm this
Please let confirmers know when championship starts
I'm still not convinced these type of games belong on this site, so I'll skip this one for now
And hard work LOL
Yes, great game. Look at my score under emulation
I've fixed the others but this one I can't fix, as there is already a valid recording up. So you need to delete this score and resubmit it in part 2, that I'm going to set up now
Are you forcing me to play this?
I can do that. I'll try to do it now
It is very easy to request part 2 for the games, delete your submitted recordings, and then use the same videos to submit for both parts
A better way might had been to demand players playing part 1 and add there score from part 2 if they complete part 1 and qualify for part 2
If not done that way, we'll only see recording from the part where its possible to score the most points
That would be best yes, unless you take the score from part one over to part two, but they hardly ever do that IIRC. I should have been aware of that this was two part games. Those Spaniards liked big games
A bit faster and more action I would say
