This is my current high score on Atari 2600 Gorf, game 1, expert mode. My username is on a piece of paper on the lower right of the TV. The Gorf screen goes blank when the game is over, except for the score and the number of lives left (which is zero).

Hi Serious What do you mean by "expert mode"? I didn't think the difficulty switches were operable for Gorf? Nice choice of game, by the way

That comment is old (from August 2013), before Inlearned this game didn't use the difficulty switches. This score was the first I submitted to the site when I launched it. It wasn't showing up earlier in the voting due to a bug that I fixed today. This score (1) was the only score affected by that bug.

Good thing I read comments I almost voted a no for you serious. BTW I read it now in the listing that this is simply listed as Atari 2600 yet I had clicked on expert/A scores and with reading your expert comment I was sure of a no vote. Glad I read unlike other people on this site.

ok I doubble commented do to refreshing the page becaise I'm not getting a votting link for yes no or skip. In that case your score will never pass the voting system. I give a yes vote if I could.

@boot-error:

This is a very old score from last summer, which is no longer in voting. How did you arrive on this page?

I arrived here from the voting section on Atari 2600 expert/A

I made a few votes I voted a no on one just before yours for no name and lack of showing it was expert/A but I do not recall who it was. I wonder how such an error occured. I was strictually in Atari 2600 expert/A voting list.

@Serious:

It was Liduario's night driver which as I recall was giving me issues not allowing me to vote no but after a bit I could vote no and left 2 kinds of feedback. one that is required and one letting Liduario know in the actual score listing. oddly now its back it the list for me to vote on again. I think I should skipp it. Would not be fair to vote no twice under the same name.

Hope this does not become common place and become a serious problem. pun intended

This randomly poped up when I was voting on anything. I read the comments and was lost as to why this showed up for me. Quite odd

Yeah, we seem to have a bug that causes people to land here occasionally..

Glad my old Gorf score still gets some attention, but I think I need to fix that bug!

@Serious: Myself and boot use the Wii U that could be the issue since its a different browser.

hey, I tripped the bug!   laugh

In case it helps, I was voting "no," and gave reason "other"

typed in some words: "needs better evidence" & hit "enter" instead of the submit button like I usually do.  it was when I hit "enter" that this page immediately popped up.

also, right now the url on my screen reads: http://highscore.com/score/?reason=Other&other=needs+better+evidence#comment

@Serious:

ok, same exact thing just happened.  Since my note from 7-03 I've hit "enter" in that same situation twice.  once it just entered my vote & did not trip the bug.  This time it tripped same as on the 3rd.
