I saw the scores on the site and thought I'd have a crack at them. My previous PB on this was from 2010 - 29 k. I was  happy to inch a little further past it but just missed completing the second level. Spotting the bullets and surviving can be pretty nasty; especially when you lose your power-ups. A great challenging game.

Thanks GT. I'd like to get even better at it, but probably need a better joystick! 

I actually managed to 1CC the MAME version for my first MGL (Mame Gaming League) tournament last year. I love the soundtrack which really kept me going. I definitely credit this game for really shaping my enjoyment of Toaplan sh'mups.

I'd like to know more about this tournament you mention, GT. I do love a good shmup session. The La Calice Cup you say? Interesting! Outside of the MGL, I haven't played in any other MAME tournaments.
