My wife and the kids were out of town when I hit this score. Used Frame Capture feature of my emulator EMU7800. The screen captures are very small.

I love this game and have actually ordered a cartridge. 20th Century-Fox Games made some really good Atari games! :)

I have now saved the third patient twice and the forth I came close to saving twice. This is playing on actual hardware.  I will be submitting a new score in a few days. :)
