What do you use to record?

@LarcenTyler:

I use OBS ( Open Broadcaster Software ) its a FREE Download

It works really well, and the file size output is small.

I know about OBS, but getting it to start and stop when you want it to is a pain.  Namely since in Stella I need to remap numerous keys to get that to work.

@LarcenTyler:

I have no trouble with it, there is a button that stops and starts recording.

I do have remap the joystick in Stella each time though, that's a pain

@LarcenTyler:

I remapped OBS start & stop recording. Which makes it very easy now. shift+S or +R.

How do you do that?

@LarcenTyler:

In OBS go to settings and then short keys (or so, in Dutch it's Sneltoets); it's after the Audio button.

And then set in the broadcast field the record and start preferred short cuts.

cheers

Just found it last night.  Never knew you could do key combos like that.

Great score, Peter Nadalin!

By the way, did your Atari 2600 Encyclopedia arrive in your house? You will enjoy your prize much more!

My Atari 7800 Prosystem Console arrived safely at home (with 2 T-shirts together). I turned on my Prosystem with the 2600 Pac-Man Original Cartridge just to test, and I played a little.
