I have downloaded pscjiin and gran turismo, but it says i need a bios, even though I have them all in my roms folder.~

I've never used that emulator. I've only used ePSXe. Is it command line or does it have a gui?

i now have ePSXe.
got past some stumbling blocks, now it says cannot find "SYSTEM.CNF!!"
I have that file in my isos folder.
any idea's, dude?
